Common questions

What do Again, Good, and Easy mean?

Again repeats the flashcard in the current session. Good schedules it for review in 2 days; Easy schedules it in 4 days. Scheduled cards stay out of the deck until their review date. “Hide until I restore it” keeps a card hidden until you choose Restore Hidden Cards.

What is Multiple Choice?

Untimed practice: choose an answer, read the explanation, and move to the next question. Failed Questions lets you revisit questions answered incorrectly or left unanswered when time expired.

How do I reset my progress?

Open Settings in Cert IT Trainer and choose the reset option. This clears locally stored progress and history.

How do I turn off study reminders?

Disable reminders from the app's Settings screen or open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, select Cert IT Trainer, and turn notifications off.

Why can an exam version or objective change?

Certification vendors revise exams regularly. Use the official study links shown in the app to confirm the current exam version and objectives.

How do custom quizzes work?

Custom quizzes are included with All Access. Custom quiz CSV files are imported and stored on your device. They are not uploaded. You can rename or delete imported banks from Custom Quizzes, and you can still delete them without a subscription.

Can I recover progress after deleting the app?

Version 1.0 does not use an account or cloud sync. Deleting the app also removes its locally stored progress and custom quiz data.
